Swiss Black Forest - Our Specialty! Three layers of chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse and whipped cream, iced with whipped cream and either milk chocolate or white chocolate shavings. White Bavarian White cake filled with Bavarian cream, tin layers of rasberry jam and lemon juice, iced with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings. Fresh strawberries can be used when in season. The is an additional charge for fresh strawberries. Carrot Cake Filled and iced with a special icing including butter, sugar, cream cheese, raisins, nuts and coconut. To insure that the best flavor is achieved, we ask that there be no substitutions. German Chocolate Filled and iced with traditional filling including ground walnuts and coconut. Truffle Dark chocolate cake with layers and icing of boiled chcoclate and cream, similar to fudge. Only for true CHOCOHOLICS!
